Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for:

• Public affairs and media liaison
  
  
• The strategic communication of the MHPS with internal and external stakeholders
  
  
• Coordinates interviews with the Executive Team with members of the media
  
  
• Participate in the ongoing content management of the Police Service and Police Commission websites
  
  
• Scan media to provide updates to the Executive Team on emerging trends or issues that impact the Police Service
  
  
• Assist in the coordination of project research and facilitation
