- ACCIDENT - INJURY

On April 20, 2004 at 5:10 PM a 2003 GMC truck was northbound on Box Springs Rd NW. A 1994 Honda Accord westbound on Saamis Dr NW left the stop sign at Box Springs Rd. and struck the GMC truck. Both vehicles then slid across the northbound lanes and struck a 1985 Chevrolet Caprice stopped in the southbound left turn lane. The driver of the Chevrolet Caprice was transported to hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Honda Accord was trapped and Fire Rescue was required to cut the roof of the car so that driver could be extricated. Once removed from the car he was also transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the GMC truck was not injured.

Damages to the 3 vehicles are estimated at $40,000.
