On August 26, 2005 at approximately midnight Medicine Hat Police attended to the area of Simpson Cres. S.E. for a garage fire. One person injured in the fire was transported to the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital for treatment. The garage and two vehicles there were destroyed. Damage to the garage is estimated at $35,000. Foul play is not suspected.
