On August 25, 2005, members of the Medicine Hat Police Service Special Operation Unit arrested 4 adults and 2 young offenders for various criminal code and drug related charges. The four adults charged are

• Sandi Grant-36yrs , Possession for the Purpose of trafficking
  Cocaine, Breach of Recognizance
• David Trekofski, 21yrs, Breach of Recognizance and Possession of
  Cannabis Marihuana
• Serge Tshiyoyo, 21yrs, Possession for the Purpose of trafficking
  Cocaine, Breach of Recognizance, Dangerous Driving, Fail to stop for Police Officer.
• Angel Munguia, 20yrs, Possession for the Purpose of trafficking
  Cocaine, Breach of Undertaking, Obstruct Police Officer, Resist Arrest
  Two young offenders were charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marihuana.

The four adult had bail hearings conducted and were held in custody to attend court on August 30, 2005.

Trekofski, Grant and Munguia have recently been arrested by the Medicine Hat Police Service for other drug related events.
