Police responded to an alarm at Southview school and found a broken window. Officers responding to the scene noted a person inside and as a result the school was surrounded. One male exited the school surrendering to police without incident. The school was subsequently searched by K9 and uniformed officers for addtional suspects; no others were found Currently police have one unidentified male in custody as the investigation continues.

There is no estimate of damage or any indication of missing property at this time.
