On September 10, 2005, at approximately 7:00 PM, an unknown male approached a 12 yr old girl in the alley of the 200 block of Aberdeen St. S.E. The male was holding a steak knife in one hand and then said "Come here." The male grabbed the girl with his free hand. The girl escaped and ran away.

The male is described as 60-70 yrs old, short, with light brown hair and moustache. He was wearing a white shirt with red writing on the front, and grey baggy pants. He had a small black Dachshund (wiener dog) that he referred to as "Scruffy".

Anyone with information regarding this male or this occurrence is asked to contact the Medicine Hat Police Service.
