On 2005 September 9 at 4:46 pm, members of the Medicine Hat Police Service, including the Tactical Team, executed a Search Warrant on Collins Crescent. A local male was taken into custody without incident and a large amount of Crack Cocaine was located within the residence. Value of the Crack Cocaine is estimated at $17,500.00

David Ally, age 27, will appear in court on 2005 September 13 to answer to the charge of Unlawfully Posessing a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficing Contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
