On Wednesday, September 14, 2005 a white female described as 5'6" tall, 220lbs, with glasses, long blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and possibly a black leather jacket entered a Zellers in the Medicine Hat Mall. The female attempted to purchase a television set and clothes with a counterfeit Mosaik Mastercard. She was arrested and is currently in custody facing numerous charges.

Earlier in the evening, the same female attempted to purchase a electronic item from at least one other store in the Southeast part of the city with the same counterfeit credit card. The female fled the scene prior to employees notifying police.

Any other businesses that may have had dealings with this female attempting to use this counterfeit credit card are asked to call Medicine Hat Police Service at 529-8481.
