November 22nd, 2005 at approximately 9:50 p.m., uniformed members of the Medicine Hat Police Service stopped a vehicle for speeding on the Trans Canada highway near Redcliff, Alberta. Subsequent investigation resulted in 48 lbs. (pounds) of Marijuana and $9500.00 being seized from the vehicle.

A 37 year old Toronto, Ontario man remains in custody for investigation. The street value of the seizure amounted to $218000.00
