On October 1, 2006 the Medicine Hat Police Service located a stolen 1997 white
Dodge Caravan, being operated in the area of Cambridge St SE and 4th Avenue
SE. The occupants became suspicious of the police vehicle that had been
following them and pulled over in the 400 block of 4th St SE.

A high risk take down was executed and the three vehicle occupants were taken
into custody without incident.

At present, two adult males and one adult female are in custody facing charges
of possession of stolen property. This matter is still under investigation,
pertaining to other criminal offences also commited.
