Thursday, Nov. 9, though responded to a suspicious package/ possible bomb in
the 400 block of 1 S SE., Once patrols arrived it clearly was not a bomb or
any other type of threat. The package was simply a clearly marked bag of
sidewalk "de-icer" that the complainant had failed to read. Sgt Randy
