On December 5, 2006 at approximately 8:28 am Police were called to the 600 blk
19A Street NE in regards to an attempt Break and Enter. A few minutes later
Police were advised of an alarm in the same area, along with more break ins.
Police arrived to the area, set up perimeter and K9 attended. This resulted in
locating a male inside a residence in the 500 blk 20 Street NE. Police have 1
male in custody believed to be responsible for several other Break ins in the
