On August 11/2007 at approximately 4:22 PM an adult female was operating a
2004 Yamaha motorcycle Eastbound on Hill Road SE. The driver (lone occupant)
was unable to negotiate the curve and struck the guard rail causing her to
fall off the motorcycle onto the ground on the east side of the guard rail.
The motorcycle rolled over onto the left side and slid on the asphalt for a
short distance then came to rest against the east curb. The driver sustained
major lacerations to her right leg. Injuries are non- life threatening.

Approximate value of damage to motorcycle is $6000.00

Driver was charged with operating motor vehicle with wrong class of licence.
