On Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at about 1:30AM police responded to a hit a run
accident. A vehicle collided with the front of the business Rims of Steel
Optiks located at # 8 - 3295 Dunmore Rd Se. The vehicle then left the scene.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a smaller vehicle, possibly a car, red
in colour. The vehicle should have front or rear end damage. Extensive damage
was caused to the business. Anyone with information about this incident is
encouraged to call police or crimestoppers.
