Sometime between 11:00 pm on September 17, 2007 and 6:30 am on September 18,
2007 an unknown black car was westbound in the 1000 block of 5 St SE and rear
ended a 2008 silver Chevrolet Impala that was parked in front of 1012 5 St SE.
The black vehicle then left the scene of the crash. The suspect vehicle will
have damage on the passenger front corner. Damage to the victim vehicle is
