On November 7, 2007 at approx 3:45PM, a lone male entered a residence in the 700 block of Rutherford St NW and accosted a young female that was inside, alone at the time.

The male was described as approx 40yrs old, 5ft 8inches to 6ft tall, chubby build, wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

The male was last seen running southbound towards McCutcheon Dr NW at 12 ST NW.
