On February 16, 2008 at about 8:58PM police responded to the area of the 700 block of 5 ST SE in response to a robbery. A male had just exited his vehicle when he was attacked by two males who punched and kicked him. These males then took property from the victim male and fled the scene. The incident was caught on security camera and police later located the suspects.

Ricky ROCKTHUNDER age 26 is charged with robbery and assault cause bodily harm. Terrance ROCKTHUNDER age 27 is charged with robbery, assault cause bodily harm and breaching an undertaking condition. They will appearing in court on Tuesday February 19, 2008.

The 49 year old victim suffered cuts and bruising andd was treated in hospital and released.
