On 2008-05-06 at about 11PM a Red 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass struck a light standard at the intersection of Kipling St and 3rd Ave SE. All three occupants of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and were transported to Medicine Hat Regional Hospital and released a short time later. The 19 year old driver has been issued a ticket for careless driving and alcohol was not involved.
