Indecent Acts
On the 27th of August, 2009 members of the Medicine Hat Police Service Major
Crime Section located and arrested Cory ELL age 31 of Medicine Hat for an
Indecent Act. ELL was the subject of a Major Crimes Investigation, after
complaints were received from the public, of a vehicle with an unknown male,
being noted watching parks and playgrounds in the Crescent Heights area of
Medicine Hat.
On August 27th, 2009 ELL was arrested in the parking lot of the Medicine Hat
Leisure Center, after Major Crime's investigators, observed him in the act
of committing an indecent act in the parking lot.
ELL is to be charged with one count of an Indecent Act and one count of
Mischief for interfering with the lawful enjoyment of property, and is
schedule for a Bail Hearing in provincial court on Friday August 28th, 2009.
