INDECENT ACT: On August 28th, 2009 members of the Medicine Hat Police Service
observed a Blue and White Ford Truck parked in the parking lot of Gringo Night
Club. Police attended to the vehicle and found Kevin SMITH masturbating inside
the vehicle.
SMITH had previously been arrested for three counts of exposing himself to
members of the public on August 23rd, 2009 and was released on a Recognizance
with several conditions.
SMITH was again arrested and has been charged with one count of Indecent Act
and one Count of Breach of a condition of a Recognizance. SMITH has been
held for a bail hearing at provincial court on Friday August 28th, 2009.
