" The Medicine Hat Police Service, Hat Art Club and Carrie & Rick Parks invite
the media to drop into to the Cultural Centre (room next to the Hat Art Club
Room) on Thursday, October 1st, 2009 between the hours of 2 pm and 4 pm to view
the works in progress in relation to the Forensic Composite Art Course.
This course is host to 17 students consisting of a mix of civilians,
archeologists, police and military personnel; the students will be finalizing
some of their composite images after having interviewed other participants and
volunteers on the course.
Internationally recognized Forensic Artist & instructor, Carrie Stuart Parks
has been teaching these skills for over 21 years to such agencies as the
F.B.I., the Secret Service, Texas Rangers and R.C.M.P. to name but a few.
