On November 21,2009 at 10:33 AM a 1994 purple Ford Ranger truck was travelling
North in the 1700 block of 7 Ave NE. The driver of the Ford Ranger loss
control of his vehicle, striking a parked 2005 black Nissan Pathfinder on the
opposite side of the street. The Ford Ranger continued north, striking a 2007
black Pontiac Torrent. The Ford Ranger then came to rest in the front yard of
a residence located in the 1700 block of 7 Ave NE. It appears at this time
that the driver of the Ford Ranger may have experienced a medical eventcausing
him to lose control of his vehicle. This person was transported to Medicine
Hat Regional Hospital for treatment. His condition was unknown at the time of
this release. Speed, alcohol or drugs were not contrbuting factors
in this collision. There was approximately a total of $35,000 damage to all
the vehicles involved. |
