Police are requesting assistance in identifying the following person of
interest in a Robbery that occurred on July 2nd, 2010.
Anyone with information on the robbery or in the identity of the male in the
photograph [view images on Caught on Camera page] is asked to call the Major Crime Section of the Medicine Hat

News Release 10-17280 Silver Buckle Parking Lot
On July 2, 2010 at approximately noon, a female employee of the Silver Buckle
Inn, located at 687 South Railway Street Southeast, was entering a vehicle
in the parking lot when she was approached by a disguised male. The male
demanded that she give him her bags, one of which was her purse. The male
then utilized what is believed to be "Bear Spray" to incapacitate the
female,before taking her bags. He then fled on foot to the passenger side of
a newer white quad cab truck, which was outfitted with a headache rack, and
was believed to have blue decaling on the doors. The truck was driven by a
second
unknown male.
