The Medicine Hat Police Service and RCMP would like to thank our
provincial policing partners who assisted this past weekend during the outlaw
motorcycle ride. These agencies assisted by ensuring public order was
maintained and
that the citizens of Medicine Hat, Redcliff and surrounding areas were safe.
Police did not experience any noteworthy issues during the weekend in relation
to the ride. Significant information was gathered that will be valuable to law
enforcement initiatives throughout the province.
Participating uniform members were from the Calgary Police Service, Lethbridge
Regional Police Service, Blood Tribe Police and Alberta Sheriffs. The
effectiveness of this operation was a great example of the spirit of
cooperation that exists between our provincial law enforcement agencies.
